Pay per fax costs less if you send under 4 faxes of up to 25 pages a month.
How billing works
- One fax
- When you press Send, we place a hold for the price on your card. We charge it only when your fax is delivered. If it fails, we release the hold and you aren't charged.
- Plan pages
- Your pages arrive at the start of each monthly cycle, on the Annual plan too. A cover page counts as a page. Unused pages don't carry over to the next month.
- Receiving
- Receiving is included. Faxes sent to your number arrive in your email.
- Extra pages
- When your monthly pages run out, you can keep sending: each extra page costs $0.25 (at least $0.50 per fax), charged only if the fax is delivered.
- Renewal
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You agree to that on the payment page, before you pay. We email you a confirmation when it starts, and a reminder once a year before it renews.
- Canceling
- Cancel in one click on your Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, with your monthly pages, and you aren't charged again.
