Move your fax number to Faxies

If you have a number with another fax service, you can ask us to move it here, so people keep faxing the number they know. On Your fax number, press Move a number you already have.

What the form asks

• The numbers to move: up to 10 US numbers.
• Your current carrier and the name on that account.
• The last 4 digits of the account number.
• The person allowed to make changes, and the service address.

Never send us your account PIN or password, in the form or by email.

What happens next

Sending the form is only a request: nothing changes with your current carrier yet.

• We review your request and email you about the next steps.
• We ask for anything else the carriers need, like a signed authorization or a recent bill.
• We tell you the date of the move before it happens. Keep your current service active until then, so you don't lose your numbers.

You can send the request without a plan, but you need an active plan when the move completes. A moved number becomes Your fax number and replaces the one included in your plan. The same page shows your requests and their status.
