Plans and monthly pages
What the monthly and annual plans include, and how their pages work.
A plan is for sending faxes often, or for receiving them. There are two, with the same features:
- Monthly: $9.99 per month.
- Annual: $99 per year. Works out to $8.25 per month, billed once a year.
What's included
- 200 pages each month to send faxes.
- Your fax number, local or toll-free, at no extra cost. Receiving is included.
- Email to fax: send faxes from Gmail or any other email account.
How the pages work
Each page you send uses one of your monthly pages, cover page included. A fax that fails gives its pages back. No setup fee. Cancel in one click. Your monthly pages stay available until the end of that month, even if you cancel. Unused pages don't carry over. When your monthly pages run out, you can keep sending: each extra page costs $0.25 (at least $0.50 per fax), charged only if the fax is delivered.
Renewal
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You agree to that on the payment page. We email you a confirmation when your plan starts, and a reminder once a year before it renews. Your Billing page shows the next renewal date and amount.
