Cancel your plan
One click on your Billing page. Your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
Go to Billing and press Cancel plan. That's all: one click, no questions.
What happens next
- You keep your plan, this month's pages and Your fax number until the end of the period you paid for. Billing shows the date.
- You won't be charged again.
- Changed your mind? Press Keep my plan before that date.
- After that date, Your fax number stops receiving faxes and we release it, and you can't send faxes by email. You can still pay for a single fax whenever you need one.
If a payment failed, canceling ends the plan right away.
Refunds
We don't refund the rest of a period when you cancel. If your plan renewed and you didn't mean to keep it, write to us within 7 days of a monthly renewal or 30 days of an annual one. If you haven't sent a fax with the plan since it renewed, we refund that renewal in full and end the plan right away.
