How pricing works
Pay for each fax, or use a plan's monthly pages. You see the total before you pay.
Pay per fax
A fax of up to 25 pages costs $2.99. Each extra page costs $0.25. A cover page counts as a page. There's no subscription and no setup fee, and the Review step shows the total before you pay.
When you're charged
When you send, we place a hold for the price on your card. We charge it only when your fax is delivered. If it fails, we release the hold and you aren't charged. Retries when the line is busy or nobody answers are free.
On a plan
Faxes use your plan's monthly pages instead of your card. The pages come back if a fax fails. When your monthly pages run out, you can keep sending: each extra page costs $0.25 (at least $0.50 per fax), charged only if the fax is delivered. See Plans and monthly pages.
Refunds
A delivered fax isn't refundable. If we charged you by mistake, for example twice, we refund it. Write to us and tell us the fax ID from its page or receipt. All the details are in our Terms.
